I was trained in biodynamic craniosacral therapy by Kate Klemer in her Divine Structure school and completed Myrna Martin‘s program in pre- and perinatal somatics. I’m excited to now be working more with pregnant moms, and little ones resolving birth patterns. This past year I also completed an IEA accredited affiliate’s certification in enneagram.

My master’s degree is in Pastoral Counseling, from Loyola Maryland. This degree included many aspects of training, including clinical mental health, and engaging with diverse faiths and spiritual approaches. While I’m Catholic, I love working with clients who value their spirituality – whatever it is. I’ve been in private practice since 2014. Heroes include saints like John of the Cross, and poets like Maya Angelou. I love cycling just to explore, feeling “cleansed” with time outdoors, and reading from wisdom traditions. Definitely a podcast junkie, so let’s trade our favorites if that’s you too!

If you have any questions about my areas of focus, those are most welcome.
